Purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Gift Card balances may only be used to pay for purchases at Great White Toys - Comics - Games.

Gift Card balance may be used in full or in part (with other tender) toward the balanced owed on a purchase. Any unredeemed value will remain as an outstanding balance on the Gift Card and may be used in future purchases. No change or refund will be given for unredeemed balance.

Any additional cost exceeding the value of this Gift Card will be paid by the redeemer.

Gift Card balance cannot be redeemed for cash accept where required by law.

Gift Card does not expire. No transaction fees will be deducted from the balance.

Gift Card will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen. Great White Entertainment Ltd. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Gift Cards damaged through misuse or neglect will not be replaced.

In the event of any dispute, the decision Great White Entertainment Ltd. is final.

Great White Entertainment Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
